Task Overview
For the Quality Reviewer role, you will listen to and evaluate short audio recordings to verify their accuracy. Quality Reviewers ensure that content follows established project guidelines and meets defined quality standards.

Task Description
As a Quality Reviewer, you help Jeenie to ensure that the data we use is accurate and meets quality standards in your native language. This task is a key step in building more diverse and accurate data for AI that accurately represents more of the world and the people in it.
This position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and sound judgment when assessing data quality or identifying potential errors. Successful candidates are comfortable working independently, carefully following written instructions, and meeting turnaround times for assigned tasks. Training and task instructions are provided.

General Qualifications
- Comfortable using a web-based application
- Communicates reliably via email and/or chat
- Comfortable with remote work
Required Qualifications
- Speak fluent English
- Be a native speaker of one of the target languages above
- Be able to distinguish regional accents and recognize variation within a language
- Exercise sound judgment in identifying and flagging content that violates project guidelines
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in applying standards
- Be flexible and responsive to evolving project guidelines and workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in transcription, linguistics, or another language-related field, with a strong understanding of audio-text alignment and language accuracy
- Have experience with audio data labeling, particularly in the AI space
Technology & Tools
- Individuals must have a computer
- Work is conducted entirely online, using a web-based QA platform
- Ability to use simple data tools, like spreadsheets
- Advanced analysis is not required
